Pool Party Capital, Inc. operates VoiceJelly, an AI voice-agent platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use VoiceJelly websites, phone agents, QR walk-in capture, games, and SMS or call follow-up.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address
- Call data: call recordings where enabled, transcripts, durations, caller ID, and related metadata
- Game and QR interactions: scores, prize entries, check-ins, and other in-person or web game activity used to start a conversation
- Account and billing: login, plan, and payment details processed by our payment provider
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and usage analytics needed to run the service
3. SMS and text messaging
VoiceJelly and businesses using VoiceJelly may send follow-up texts after you opt in.
- How you opt in: by scanning a QR code, playing a VoiceJelly game or lead-capture experience, or giving your phone number for follow-up texts.
- Message frequency varies based on the conversation, appointment, or promotion you joined.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.
- Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We do not sell your opt-in list. We only use numbers to deliver the messages you asked for and to operate VoiceJelly with required service providers (such as our texting carrier).
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How we use information
- Run AI voice agents, appointments, tickets, and caller follow-up
- Send opted-in SMS and call follow-up
- Improve product quality and prevent abuse
- Process payments and meet legal obligations
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate VoiceJelly (telephony/SMS, hosting, payments) under contract, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. Mobile numbers collected for messaging are not shared with third parties or affiliates for those parties’ own marketing.
