Terms of Service
1. The service
VoiceJelly provides AI voice agents that answer and place phone calls, QR walk-in capture and on-site games that collect a visitor’s contact details, and SMS or call follow-up after a visitor or caller opts in. By using VoiceJelly you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use VoiceJelly for illegal, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent calls or texts
- Send messages without required consent, or evade STOP/HELP handling
- Attempt to break security, usage limits, or another customer’s data isolation
- Infringe others’ rights or misrepresent who is calling or texting
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable carrier and A2P rules.
4. SMS terms
- Users opt in through a QR code, game, lead page, or by providing a phone number for follow-up texts.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email jason@poolparty.capital.
- Mobile numbers are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans include limits on numbers, minutes, and features described at signup. Unpaid or abandoned numbers may be released after the notice period described in-product.
6. Limitation of liability
VoiceJelly is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pool Party Capital, Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed calls, or undelivered messages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent allowed.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
